  Came here with a party of 12 for my brother's bday so we got a chance to try a few different dishes. This place is huge and really nice, Definitely more upscale than most pho places I'm used to. It's extremely busy on the weekends and parking at GReat Mall is always a challenge even on the best days.
  
  Let's start with the service. We made a reservation for our large party so we had no issues being seated in a timely manner. Our order was taken promptly and food arrived in a reasonable time. The service was good, nothing to write home about but better than most pho places.
  
  Food was excellent. Half my family opted for pho and other half opted for rice plates or vermicelli bowls. I got the vermicelli bowl and the BF got the salmon over garlic noodles. Both our dishes were very tasty. My BIL got the bun bo hue which he rated highly. My niece got the salted fish fried rice which was also great. I sampled the pho broth and it was very fresh tasting. It didn't need anything added on to it at all.
  
  All in all, very excellent first experience. Will definitely come back if I'm ever in the area.

  I got the number 12. Presentation was on point, but as far as the broth goes, it kind of fell short in hitting the spot. It's pho alright, but it wasn't the fragrant, aromatic, and tasty broth that I expected from other places. It's also a bit pricy too, but it's a quick fix to the pho craving.
  
  Overall, staff was great and to the point. Service was quick and we got our food right away.

  I come to this mall pretty often and did not know there was a pho restaurant! We came here to grab some comfort food one night after a long day out. I got the pho with the rare steak and brisket and while the noodles were good and the meat was actually really good quality, I felt that there could have been a little more flavor in the broth. I tried both my sister's phos and to our surprise, all the broth tasted different, which was cool, but all of them needed some more flavor. I also tried my mom's fish on a sizzling plate with noodles and lettuce and it was pretty decent, but I wish there was more spices.
  
  Overall, food quality is pretty decent, but I wanted more flavor.

  The pho were good. The noodle were on point. The soup base has a lot of flavor. Fair portion for my regular bowl. Their bean sports and veggies were a lot. The place is huge but it was pretty empty. Besides that I don't really have anything bad to say only a few tips. The waitress never came back and ask us if we need anything else and see if everything is ok like a regular waiter/waitress ask about the customer needs. I need more lime for my soup but i didn't get any of it. They were tons of workers and all they did was chatting the whole time. Besides all of that the food were great. If they could be more consistent on their customers then everything would be perfect.

  Pho 90 on Story Rd was the first pho place I've ever visited when I moved to the South Bay. It's exciting to know that they opened one in the Great Mall near my work place. This is probably my favorite place to go to for a quick bowl of pho.
